Student Policy

Please review our policies to ensure a smooth and beneficial learning experience at Bareera Academy.

1Attendance Policy

  • • Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes on time.
  • • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • • Classes canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.
  • • Consistent no-shows without notice may result in termination of enrollment.
  • • We allow up to 2 emergency reschedules per month without penalty.

2Payment & Refund Policy

  • • Tuition is due at the beginning of each month.
  • • We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied within the first week of paid classes, we offer a full refund.
  • • Refunds for unused classes are prorated if cancellation is requested mid-month.
  • • No refunds are provided for classes already completed.
  • • A 7-day notice is required for cancellation of ongoing enrollment.

3Code of Conduct

  • • Treat teachers and staff with respect and Islamic adab (manners).
  • • Maintain a quiet, distraction-free environment during classes.
  • • Parents of young children should ensure supervision as needed.
  • • Recording of classes is not permitted without explicit permission.
  • • Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination.

4Technical Requirements

  • • A stable internet connection is required for all classes.
  • • Students must have a working webcam and microphone.
  • • Zoom application must be installed and updated.
  • • Technical issues on the student's end do not qualify for makeup classes.
  • • If the teacher experiences technical issues, the class will be rescheduled.

5Privacy Policy

  • • We collect only necessary personal information for enrollment and communication.
  • • Student information is never shared with third parties for marketing.
  • • Payment information is processed securely through trusted payment providers.
  • • Parents can request access to their child's learning records at any time.
  • • You may request deletion of your data upon termination of enrollment.

6Communication

  • • Primary communication will be via email and WhatsApp.
  • • Response time for inquiries is typically within 24 hours.
  • • Parents will receive regular progress updates from teachers.
